My plan was to create a Brazilian style aquascape with a maybe little unusual hardscape. The two massive rocks in the front were used to create shadows and sense of perspective. I also focused of using the mirror effect from the sides of the tank to make the scape look bigger than it actually is. I used different type of green and red plants to give a nice color contrast to it.

The colors of water plants are very cleverly used and the classical stone arrangement emphasizes them to create a beautiful work. In particular, the rotala in the background is properly trimmed, which shows the careful management of the scaper.
