The idea for this aquarium was to mix Brazilian style colors with Dragon Wood. As these woods resemble dragon wings, I decided to use them as the name of the work.

With the amount of hardscape and deep red color, this is a piece that leaves a strong impression. In this type of work, balancing the planting of aquatic plants becomes extremely difficult. When there are more water plants, the impression of the material becomes weaker, and vice versa, so I think this work has achieved the best balance.

This year's Grand Prix was awarded to the work depicting the nature of a mountainous virgin forest. At first glance, the layout may seem plain, but the balance of the composition and the expression of perspective are excellent and combined with the expression of a sense of nature based on the muted green tones, it is an interesting work that is pleasant to look at and makes you feel as if you are actually in nature.
